Elk ICAN-frame en -velg heeft een nuttige productlevenscyclus. Elke fiets, frame en velg heeft een uniek identificatienummer en garantiekaart. Vul de meegeleverde kaart en het garantieformulier in en stuur deze naar ons. Als u de meegeleverde garantiekaart niet gebruikt, vervalt uw garantie. Bewaar uw gedateerde kassabon als aankoopbewijs.

Frame en rand
Geldt voor alle fietsframes van het merk ICAN en Triaero, en velgen uit de FL Max-serie, AERO-serie en Alpha-serie.
Dekking:
2 jaar garantie vanaf de aankoopdatum.
Voorwaarden:
- Als er binnen 30 dagen na de aankoopdatum een fabricagefout optreedt, is de klant verplicht de velg(len) te vervangen en tevens de verzendkosten te betalen. Als er na 31 dagen en maximaal twee jaar een fabricagefout optreedt, is ICAN verplicht het/de product(en) te vervangen. De producteigenaar is verantwoordelijk voor de verzendkosten.
- Als we de door u gekochte velg niet meer maken, upgraden we u zonder extra kosten naar het nieuwste equivalente model.
- Het garantieprogramma is niet overdraagbaar en geldt alleen voor de eerste koper.
Deze garantie dekt niet:
- Normale slijtage (lagers, spaken, nippels, remsporen, banden, binnenbanden, pallen, vrijloopnaaf, afdichtingen, velglint etc.)
- Producten die verkeerd zijn geïnstalleerd en/of afgesteld.

- Vervalste producten

Satisfied with the product both in terms of aesthetics and responsiveness
Great wheels overall—light, stiff and excellent value for money. The only downside is the ICAN freehub, which is extremely noisy when coasting and can be a bit annoying on longer rides.
The ICAN G40 is my first carbon wheel set. I've ridden aluminum for 50 years and wasn't sure what to expect with these wheels. I was at first surprised that they arrived super well packed just 16 days after purchase, with generous amounts of rim tape and tubeless valves. The rims were easier to seat with my TPU tubes and tires than my other wheel set, and the weight saving is fantastic. Also I love the free hub sound since I almost never have to use my bell to warn people on bike lanes and paths. They feel stiffer and faster especially up hills,
I have another set of ICAN road wheels on another bike that I love, so I took a change on these gravel wheels. They look the same good quality. Can't wait to assemble them.
This wheel set is fantastic. The carbon wheels have a great feel while riding. It has been months since I bought it, and I haven’t had any issues.
Second set of ICAN wheels!
I've done two gravel races with this set and probably have a total of 1,000 miles on them. No issues mounting rotors or cassette, and the wheels were true out of the box. The supplied rim tape works well.
The ICAN G40 with D28 hubs is an amazing wheel set. They are just over 1300g, is still one of the lightest wheelsets available. The free hub sound is louder than I prefer, but fine and similar to other DT Swiss style ratchet hubs. The wheels came perfectly true and spin feely. When installing, I didn't even need to adjust my brake calipers. The graphics on the wheels are subtle and classy. These are some of the best gravel wheels available at any price. Just get them.
