De Aero 50 is een velg met een diepte van 50 mm. Ik weet zeker dat je kunt zien wat we daar hebben gedaan.
De Aero-serie is gebaseerd op onze zeer succesvolle Fast and Light-serie, een tubeless aero-reeks wielen gemaakt met Toray T700-koolstofvezel. We hebben deze wielen ontworpen om licht, stijf en sterk te zijn, terwijl ze een brede, stompe aerodynamische vorm hebben.
We wilden deze eigenschappen behouden en de wielen lichter maken. Onze ingenieurs hebben verschillende nieuwe lay-outs uitgeprobeerd en uiteindelijk een nieuwe lay-out ontworpen met zowel T700- als T800-koolstofvezel. Dankzij de nieuwe lay-out konden de wielen ongeveer 100 gram per wielset lichter zijn en toch hun stijfheid en sterkte behouden, terwijl ze nog steeds dezelfde aerovorm hadden.
We hebben een geweldige nieuwe naafset nodig die bij deze wielen past. Onze ingenieurs hebben de D01-hubset bedacht. Een naafset met afgedichte lagers die we beschikbaar hebben gemaakt in zowel Centrelock- als 6-gaats rotorpatroon, zodat u de rotors van uw keuze kunt monteren.
Om onze nieuwe naven aan onze nieuwe koolstofvezelvelg te bevestigen, hebben we de beste aero-spaken gekozen die op de markt verkrijgbaar zijn. Wij kiezen voor Sapim CX-Ray spaken. Deze spaken bieden titaniumgewicht maar geen titaniumflex. Ze lopen voorop in hun combinatie van gewicht en stijfheid.
Om het pakket compleet te maken, hebben we deze wielset uitgerust met een garantie van twee jaar, zodat u zich geen zorgen hoeft te maken.

Gebruik traditionele banden met binnenband of tubeless banden zonder binnenband. Tubeless banden kunnen een lagere rolweerstand en een betere bescherming tegen lekrijden bieden.
Sapim CX-RAY Zo licht als een titanium spaak
De CX-Ray krijgt nog steeds de beste resultaten bij vermoeidheidstests van welke spaak dan ook. De CX-Ray aerospaak combineert uitstekende aerodynamica met een laag gewicht en grote sterkte. Ze zijn niet alleen aerodynamischer, ze maken de wielen ook lichter en sterker. Door zijn unieke kracht en flexibiliteit is de CX-Ray geschikt voor de meeste fietsdisciplines. CX-Ray-spaken worden gebruikt door topwielrenners en triatleten over de hele wereld.
Elk ICAN-frame en -velg heeft een nuttige productlevenscyclus. Elke fiets, frame en velg heeft een uniek identificatienummer en garantiekaart. Vul de meegeleverde kaart en het garantieformulier in en stuur deze naar ons. Als u de meegeleverde garantiekaart niet gebruikt, vervalt uw garantie. Bewaar uw gedateerde kassabon als aankoopbewijs.

Als er binnen 30 dagen na de aankoopdatum een fabricagefout optreedt, is de klant verplicht de velg(len) te vervangen en tevens de verzendkosten te betalen. Als er na 31 dagen en maximaal twee jaar een fabricagefout optreedt, is ICAN verplicht het/de product(en) te vervangen. De producteigenaar is verantwoordelijk voor de verzendkosten.
Als we de door u gekochte velg niet meer maken, upgraden we u zonder extra kosten naar het nieuwste equivalente model.
Het garantieprogramma is niet overdraagbaar en geldt alleen voor de eerste koper.

I was a bit skeptical to order these wheels from China. Not because I had a problem with China, but it was a long way from the US where they were going to be delivered. Ordering was actually pretty easy and the customer support was actually very good. I was getting updates via email pretty much every day after I ordered them. Once the wheels got here I put them on and mb are they nice. Super fast, stiff, and looks like and feels like good quality. But these wheels! You’ll save some money and you won’t be disappointed.
After doing a considerable amount of research I decided to go with Ican wheels and they delivered a terrific product. Wheels are lightweight, stiff, and still feel comfortable and compliant. Makes climbing a breeze with the power transfer due to the carbon spokes and cut through the wind like a hot knife through butter. Very satisfied with my purchase. I have been with them for about 200km and everything is going well. Good packaging, they arrived earlier than expected. I was surprised by the quality. I haven't found any details for them. Before installing, I took them to the trust mechanic to review. Just good things to say about them.
These wheels are very good.

Quite working wheels. The rims are even. Drove a Test hundred km. Small jumps up to a meter, crossing, forest, roots, stairs, Park, city. Showed themselves well everywhere. The DT raps become like a native. For your money a great option.
Unfortunately there has been a large change in the weather lately. I have only had a 30 miles rides since installing the new wheels and both sides had heavy weather wind conditions (12-15 mph), making for some tough rides. With those winds, it is very difficult to tell if my average speed went up.
I look forward to future rides when there is not so much wind so I can see a difference.
Nice wheelset. Bought mine directly from the manufacturers at a greatly reduced price. I have them on 2 of my road bikes and no issues so far after usage for about 800 miles. No complaints too.
The wheels feel light and I had my first ride on a very windy day and it recorded the segment of my ride as my second best time compared to my Shimano wheelset.
Been riding for months and have had no problems. True right out of the box. I have about 800 miles on them and still running true! It was great that they supply carbon brake pads and other extra goodies.
The wheels came quickly, packed well. Out of the box, they were true and after about 200 miles they remained true. I weigh 210 lbs, and have no problems. They spin up fast and rolls forever. Great set of rims for the price!!
So glad I didn’t waste over a grand on expensive carbon wheels. Was eyeing up the mavic wheelset for the longest time. Finally decided to take a stab at these. These have a great aesthetic look just like the mavics in my option. Up close the quality definitely seems like it is there. Packaging was very good. So far after a few rides I have no complaints. The freehub sound is like music to my ears. Just like everyone else has said, if you are thinking about it, just do it, you will thank me later.
I have around 400 miles in these and they have performed extremely well! Are they faster? Yes. Are they stiffer, yes. Is the NOVATEC hub good? Yes, it spins well. So far, these have performed very well.
So far I have about 1000 miles on these and they are perfectly true and spinning great. Everyone I show them seems to think they look pretty good and are surprised about the quality of the construction. I can't say much more than that other than lets keep riding them. I'm 185 lbs and ride 30% City and 70% rural roads with potholes throughout both. No hill riding so I can't really speak to the braking ability of these wheels. I can't say I love these since only time will tell, but so far so good.
These are very good wheels, every bit as quality as American made products of 2 or 3 times the cost. The graphics are understated and subtle, stay true for a short time.
if you're still on the fence about buying these, I'd say stop waiting and go for it.
